Change it Up a Bit
So as you have probably noticed, I changed my blog a bit. I thought it was time... a different season in my life, and it's also summer so I wanted something brighter, or I guess you could say whiter. Change is good I believe, some people like it and some people don't, everyone reacts to it differently. I like change, it gives a fresh new perspective and its all new for you. Although it does matter what it is and sometimes it takes a while... like I always tell myself, "Time will tell." Some of the change in my life is consists of a best friend getting married. About a week ago I thought of the two, April and Caleb, living together, having a house, and at that moment it seemed so weird to me...but so exciting at the same time. Kel and I have been planning some stuff and its really fun, we say that we are have no idea what we are doing but it's fun to come up with ideas and brainstorm. I have some secret planning but I can't write what it is cause she might find out... even though I think she never reads this blog, I still can't tell what I'm doing-but I'll share it for all to hear when I am done.
So I have been working at my new job for quite some time now and I love it. I get to wear this cute professional outfit, and they also wash and dry it for me too, I was impressed. Although, if I come back the next day, they don't have my right size and I end up wearing two sizes too big. So I have a system down where I can wear my skirt. Pretty soon, my dad and I will be planning activities for our Junior High Youth Group to do during the summer. I also have some ideas for some other spiritual life reflective activities that I would like to see happen. So much to do and I believe that this summer will go by so fast and then I'll be back in Portland- oh I love Portland, anywhere in that area cause the moutains and the ocean are not that far away. I am so thankful...
"God you are so good, even in times are not. You have your plans set right before us, allow us to see Your will and Your way. Allow us to be obedient and active in our faith and to be a living witness, one who acts upon what they believe. Grow us into better stewards of your Word... this I pray and I strive to be. Amen."
